The healthcare in the field of PM&R is continuously changing. Advancements in new technology application, evidence based new research outcome and new methodology/measures on patients' care are just a few examples. As these new approaches develop, gaps in quality and service management on patients' care may result. The gaps will ultimately impact the outcome of patient's care and lead to patients' dissatisfaction. The Grand Rounds in our PM&R Department will continue as a means for physician/staff education regarding the advancements in wound care, spasticity management, pain management, stroke, TBI and SCI care, etc. The expectation is that possible gaps will be addressed and minimized.

2. Describe the information presented by the speaker to enhance patients' care
3. Identify the pros and cons of the information presented

The MetroHealth System is accredited by the Ohio State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
