This CME activity, delivered through a combination of lectures, interactive workshops, and panel discussions, is designed to enhance whole-person health in the primary care setting. The program will provide evidence-based updates and practical, interdisciplinary strategies to support the diagnosis and management of both common and complex conditions encountered in daily practice. Emphasis will be placed on preventive care, behavioral health, and improve patient outcome. The program will also explore how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to enhance care delivery, improve efficiency, and optimize patient outcomes across diverse clinical settings.

1. Apply evidence-based updates relevant to whole-person health in primary care.
2. Utilize practical, interdisciplinary strategies to diagnose and manage common and complex conditions encountered in a primary care practice.
3. Identify approaches to address preventive, behavioral, and social, needs to improve health equity, and health outcomes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].

The MetroHealth System reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
