18th Annual Fall Pharmacology Conference and Law Update

Pharmacology and Law Update in regard to Liver disease management, Anesthesia, pre-operative surgery, TMJ and other dental disorders, OAARS and compounding medication, hormonal replacement therapy, Prenatal and breasting feeding care

1. Describe Law Updates in Compounding Medication and OAARs.
2. Explain Medication Updates in Anesthesia medications and what medications to hold and give prior surgery.
3. Describe Medication Updates in Hormonal Replacement Therapy.
4. Describe Medication Updates in what meds that are safe and not safe in breast feeding/pregnancy and what vaccines are not safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
5. Explain Medication Updates on Fatty Liver Disease.
6. Describe Medication Updates on pharmacological treatments of TMJ and other dental disorders.

This conference is eligible for 5 Pharmacology hours, and 1 Law hour as needed for license renewal(s). Please double check with your licensing board if additional documentation is needed (copy of agenda, etc.).

The MetroHealth System is accredited by the Ohio State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
