  1. Define the medically relevant needs of transition-aged individuals on the autism spectrum.
  2. Identify methods to develop individualized transition plans for patient concerns.
  3. Incorporate transition planning into general medical practice.

Accreditation
The MetroHealth System is accredited by the Ohio State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
